Bill Nesbit
Antartic Support Associates

Bill Nesbit has decades of experience working with power and telecommunications systems. He has worked with solar power systems worldwide and has specific experience with hybrid wind/solar/battery systems in Antarctica. Nesbit currently supervises the communications technicians group for Antarctic Support Associates. He has designed autonomous mountain top repeater systems for both field deployable and fixed mountain top telecommunications systems. Nesbit has twelve years of experience working in polar environments, an additional twelve years of experience working in desert and jungle environments, and has spent six years working in urban environments. He received a B.A. in history from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and a M.A. in history from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
